Do I need previous Reiki experience?

Not at all. This programme is designed as a grounded introduction. No prior knowledge is assumed or required.

Do I need to have a cat?

No. Many participants join for personal development and wellbeing. The feline focus provides a meaningful and practical lens, whether or not you currently live with a cat.

What if I don't feel much during the attunement?

Experiences vary widely and that is entirely normal. Many of the most meaningful benefits develop gradually through regular practice rather than arriving as a single dramatic moment.

What if my cat doesn't like being touched?

We cover hands off Reiki techniques for sensitive cats.

Can I practice on other people's cats?

Once certified, yes, if permitted. Many students go on to offer Reiki to friends, family, or even professionally via level 2 but please know you are responsible and liable.

Does this replace veterinary or behavioural support?

No and we're clear about that. Reiki is a complementary practice. If your cat has health concerns or behavioural challenges, appropriate professional support should always come first. This programme works alongside that care, not instead of it.

How is this different from other Reiki courses?
