• 1:1 sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are chargeable.
• Digital products, downloads, and online courses are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued at Our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

13. Contracts for Services

Where applicable, individual services (such as Feline Fine sessions, mentoring or educational programmes) will be governed by a separate signed agreement.

14.1 You may return physical products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in original condition.
14.2 Digital content is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
