Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours of your booked time to retain your session. If you have booked a 10-minute connection call and cannot attend your session, please let us know as soon as possible. No-shows without a valid reason will not be permitted to book in again. If you have paid for a session and do not cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your arranged call without a valid reason, you will be charged the full amount.
